How do PU insulated pipes differ from rubber-plastic insulation?
PU foam typically offers lower thermal conductivity and longer-lasting insulation for HVAC chilled/hot water, municipal and industrial lines. Rubber-plastic suits thinner flexible use cases. Choose by temperature, diameter and installation environment.
Can pipe diameter and insulation thickness be customized?
Yes. Share working-pipe material/OD, medium temperature, insulation thickness, jacket type and quantity, and we will configure specs and pricing for your project.
What temperature range is supported?
Standard PU insulated pipes serve common chilled/hot-water HVAC duties. Exact limits depend on jacket and foam formulation—confirm with product data or our technical team.
Any installation tips?
Seal joints and repair insulation at cuts, avoid sharp impacts on the jacket, follow support spacing, and use bonding/welding suited to the medium and site. See the installation guide or ask for support.
